Sales Policy

1. Payment Policy:

   • Customers are required to pay 100% of the order value before delivery.

   • Delivery time ranges from 2-5 business days depending on the geographical area.
   • Customers can track their order status using the tracking number we provide.

3. Return/Exchange Policy:

   • Customers can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the products are intact, unused, and come with the invoice.
   • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to user error or have been used.

4. Warranty Policy:

   • Our products come with a warranty ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on the product type.
   • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not cover damages caused by improper use.
